That the world of your experience is an analogue of a real world existing outside your head and which cannot be directly accessed is not of great importance since both 'worlds' exist in consciousness, rightly understood, only in different modes. What is significant is to think that there is a causal discourse that outweighs your experience, as if you are overmastered by another. Focusing on the ways in which consciousness may be realised prevents you from simply focusing on consciousness.
