When the character in the movie displayed seeks the precondition for his act of seeking then he arrives at the witness, the only version of the subject comprehensible within the given frame. The subject however is without the frame and doesn’t look like or at anything. You can only occasionally realise that there would be nothing at all, no movie, no display, without that prior act, for which you and all you paraphernalia of mind assume your true place as sounding root.
