The flow is of situations and concerns with no clear boundaries in time or in space but held together by latent assumptions about the being of the parts and the nature of what expresses itself by way of them. None of these assumptions hold up under close examination. They are relations of cause and entailment, but themselves are without any basis so that the other face of reality which can be reached at the limit of understanding is pure mystery, pure openness, pure emptiness. There is no resistance to this, no ego holding on to a world, only the idea a root of concern, itself as free and contingent as any other and entirely lacking in affect.
