Mind has bubble-like boundaries, transparent and reflective and able to bond with or even merge with other bubbles. It is not only that your mind is already incorporated into the media that you use and that use you, but that whatever alliances or other social congeries you participate in express extended minds with more or less robust identities, intentions, perceptions and every other mental attribute. And yet none of these egregores or corporate entities possesses a self or deep subjectivity, or indeed any corresponding narcissistic qualia of its own. This shows the distinction of experiencer or true subjectivity from mind in the most everyday way, as well as the entire mechanism of identification that confuses them.
