That which is unchanging in all experiences and which grounds them cannot be identified with, cannot be brought into the circuit of the 'I' and yet is itself of the nature of I-ness. To be cognisant of this is to loosen the identified 'I' in every experience so that it melts into passing forms of thought. Identification recurs, is the enduring lure for experience, drawing it out and evading it, as if its entire purpose were only to give form to the formless.
