A change in the metaphysics of experience, in what is understood as real, as possible as necessary, changes everything. But such a metaphysics also contains an understanding of change, of what changes are real, necessary or possible and in that sense it is closed. A part of experience is this understanding of what changes can be brought about and what sorts of agencies are in play. The closure of metaphysics points to an outside. You know this but cannot think it. It is not an end but an othering outside of knowing, outside of experience.
